Project Management experience includes the following; ï€ Owner/president of DNI Construction Services, performed project management responsibilities as a consultant, on several City of Philadelphia projects, including historic renovation of City Hall, and Municipal Services Building, and as contractor on several historic rehabilitation projects in Philadelphia. As employee of Olson Construction, Denver Co., and Irwin & Leighton, King of Prussia, Pa, completed numerous Sears and Wanamakers stores and warehouses, 3 hospitals, and several U of P projects,
ï€ ï€ ï€ Coordinated and supervised the historic rehabilitation of the AC High School Administration Building, for Bally’s and Caesars’ Human Resources offices.
ï€ ï€ ï€ Proficient with use of computer construction management tools including MS Project, MS Office, Primavera, Excel Spreadsheets etc.
ï€ ï€ ï€ Coordinated the environmental impact of several projects with DEP, involving Wetlands and Brownsfield sites. Familiar with DEP regulations, and assisted in the preservation, protection and restoration of wetland areas.
Controlled and expedited purchasing of FF&E, and managed storage, delivery and installation for over 2000 hotel rooms and several restaurants.
Oversite of bidding, contracting, value engineering, cost management, project scheduling, on-site supervision, and project close-out, of three major hotel towers, Harrah’s Waterfront and Baytower, and Showboat’s Lite Tower. These projects included direct management of site utility relocation contracts, several restaurants, numerous casino renovations, and major façade renovations. Total construction costs exceeded $1.5 billion. All projects were accomplished on schedule, and several with substantial cost savings.
